Embroidery

What is embroidery?

Embroidery is the decoration of any textile garment, whether natural or acrylic fabric, using threads and needles.

In our facilities we have an automated embroidery machine in which we can combine up to 15 different colors of thread. This allows us to provide fast and optimal service to the client.

What do we need?

The only thing we need is for you to send us your logo with an optimal resolution, if it is vectorized better, and we will carry out the chopping. This technique is the most advantageous but it also has its drawbacks, such as small details or texts that are illegible and inconspicuous.

What is stinging?

It is the transformation of a digital (or paper) design into a file that the embroiderer can read to personalize the fabric. In short, it is the "template" that the machine needs to be able to embroider the logo. The picking is only done once and you have it for all the embroidery you want, unless there is some modification to the logo.

Serigraphy

Screen printing is the technique that consists of transferring color (ink) through plates.

The fabrics that work best are natural ones since synthetic ones (mostly) repel ink. We will advise you depending on the type of garment chosen.

It is the most economical option if large quantities have to be printed. We do not recommend it for small orders.

Photo bed

It is the cliché printed on translucent paper on which the design we want to print is found.

For each color of our logo we must make a photolith.

Screen

It consists of a wooden or metal frame with a mesh. The photolith is placed on the screen covered with a photosensitive emulsion and insulated.

As with the photolith, you have to make a screen for each color.

Textile vinyl

It is a thermo-adhesive plastic sheet that is ironed onto the garment. Ideal when you want to print a few units.

There are two varieties:

Cutting vinyl

Technique for very simple texts or logos in just 1 color.

We take as an example the numbering/name of the soccer players' jerseys.

Print and Cut Vinyl

This technique does allow you to make full-color logos, photographs, gradients... Example: Most children's t-shirts.
